Since venturing into Hollywood, Taiwanese action director and stunt performer Eddie Tsai has harbored the dream of becoming an action film director. On December 8, 2023, he entered a new phase of his journey by participating in the film "The Invisible Fight" directed by Estonian director Rainer Sarnet. This work not only showcases Eddie Tsai's outstanding talent as an action director, but also signifies four years of effort and growth in Hollywood, gradually moving towards the path of directing.
Eddie Tsai has accumulated rich experience in action directing in Taiwan, having explored the local film industry for many years before deciding to further his skills in Hollywood. Recognizing that significant breakthroughs in his field required a move to Hollywood, he consequently set out for the United States in 2019, hoping to elevate his professional skills to new heights while raising the bar in global films.

Despite the adversity, Eddie Tsai did not give up; he persisted in pursuing his dream and eventually secured the opportunity to direct and perform stunts in “The Invisible Fight” directed by Estonian filmmaker Rainer Sarnet, the film premiered on December 8, 2023 marking Eddie Tsai's progress in Hollywood.
In Taiwan, Eddie Tsai has been involved in the stunt and action design of numerous films and TV series, including "Black & White", "Starry Starry Night", "The Tag Along: Devil Fish", etc. In Hollywood, he has participated in the production of films such as "Kung Fu Games" "End of Loyalty" "The Invisible Fight" and "Alpha of Aberdeen" gaining recognition.
For Eddie Tsai, the ultimate goal of his Hollywood journey is to become an outstanding action film director. He aims to learn advanced techniques and innovative thinking from the American film industry and incorporate this knowledge into his own works. Additionally, he is actively involved in training the next generation of martial arts actors, passing on his rich experience and skills. Currently, Eddie Tsai is working on writing a screenplay, dreaming of one day directing a film that combines realism in martial arts while showcasing the charm of Taiwanese culture.
